Transcripts

You must have a signed Records Release Form on file in the WHS Student Services Office. 

Records Release Form 

The WHS Registrar is Melinda Zingrone. Complete the form, take a picture of the entire form with your phone and email it to Mrs. Zingrone at: mzingrone@wcusd200.org, or bring it to the Student Services Office, Room B237.

• Come to the Student Services Office
• Call Mrs. Zingrone at 815-206-2252  (Office hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)

• Standardized SAT and ACT test scores are not included on your transcript.
• If you want your test scores to be included, please mention this when submitting your request.
• Please realize that ALL of your test scores will be included.
• If you have SAT or ACT scores (in addition to the SAT School Day) that you want to add to your transcript, please complete the Transcript Test Scores Request Form and send/take it to the Registrar.

Transcript Test Scores Request Form

• There is a $5 fee* for each transcript requested.
• Payment can be made with credit/debit card or in person with cash.
• In your communication please include your name as it was when you graduated or attended, the year you graduated or last year attended, and a phone number or email address where you can be reached.
•  *If a transcript is needed by current students or alumni on the same day a $10.00 fee will be charged.
• Same day request are pending available personnel.   
• Transcripts are usually ready/sent within 48 hours of the request.
