Seniors

Senior Meetings & Appointments

Seniors appointments occur in August and September to review the appropriate next steps for various post-secondary educational and training goals, including college applications, meeting with military representatives, applying to trade schools, as well as the financial aid process and resources to use for scholarship opportunities.

Every senior is scheduled for a small group session with their school counselor to discuss specific details of their personal process. Seniors are encouraged to make one-on-one appointments with Mrs. Thomas, the College & Career counselor, or with their school counselor, as needed.

ACT & SAT Dates

Seniors who want to ensure that they will earn their best SAT score, or who want to take the ACT, need to register for a national test date. Please check with the College Board or ACT several days prior to your test to check for any changes. Find ACT & SAT details and registration information on the Student Services Testing page.

TESTING

Financial Aid

The first step for any senior to get help paying for school is to apply for the FAFSA or Alternative Application starting Dec. 1, 2024. See the Financial Aid & Scholarships page for details.
